The Sales Department of Agro Hub International is responsible for exploring untapped markets and finding new clients for our diverse product range.

They take care of a number of tasks including:

  • Conducting a thorough market research to understand the market trends and export data base.
  • Travelling throughout the year to meet new clients worldwide and also host clients to our home country Pakistan to show them our factories and working facilities.
  • Responsible for servicing the clients which includes sending best quality products, timely shipments and then collecting feedback.

Our Sales Team involves overseas employees as well to break the language barrier with some countries as Agro Hub is now exporting to more than 60 countries.

Assistant Manager Sales

Job Overview

  • Building strong coordination and seeking out new sales opportunities through calling, networking, and social media.
  • Ensuring accomplishment of assigned sales targets and required sales turnover by ensuring timely receipt of payments on sales.
  • Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities.
    Research and analyze sales options.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend new products.
  • Build and maintain professional networks.
  • Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
  • Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports.


  • At least 1-year experience in Sales (preferably international Sales)
  • Competency in English
  • Ability to negotiate and understanding marketing skills
  • BBA/ MBA (majors in Sales & Marketing)
